SPRING FLY-IN & AGM
ECHUCA, VIC 3-5 OCTOBER 2025
This year our Spring Fly-in and AGM heads to Echuca, on the mighty Murray River. Well known for its historic port precinct and paddle-steamers, Echuca-Moama also boasts restaurants and wineries, historic buildings, galleries, micro brewery, and a golf course!
Echuca Aerodrome (YECH) is a great destination with recently lengthened main runway, grass cross strip, AVGAS bowser and welcoming aero club. Landing fees have been waived by Campaspe Shire for the duration of the fly-in.
Friday 3rd October
Arrivals are encouraged on Friday to make the most of the weekend. Our hosts, the Echuca-Moama Aero Club will look after us over the weekend. The coffee machine will be on and toasted sandwiches will be available in the afternoon, with a gourmet BBQ on Friday evening, all on a pay as you go basis.
Saturday 4th October
Bacon and egg sandwiches will be available for breakfast at the Aero Club to start a day of watching arrivals, catching up with friends, checking out the latest antique aeroplanes, and some local flying along the Murray.
A range of rolls and toasted sandwiches will be available for lunch, and the coffee machine will run throughout the day.
Saturday 4th October - Dinner and AGM
Our dinner and Annual General Meeting will be held from 6:30pm at Moama Bowling Club. Tickets for dinner are $60 each and must be purchased online. Dinner details below.
Sunday 5th October
Breakfast on the airfield, followed by some local flying, depart for home.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Association will take place at 7:45pm on Saturday 4th October at Moama Bowling Club, 6 Shaw St, Moama, NSW in conjunction with our fly-in dinner. (Details below).

EVENT REGISTRATION
An Event Registration Fee of $20 per adult contributes to the cost of bus hire and other outgoings required to run the event. Please register your attendance via the REGISTER button above so that we know who is attending and can cater accordingly. Registration will also allow you to book your AGM Dinner tickets.
EVENT LOCATION: ECHUCA AERODROME
Located 1.5nm south Echuca township, Echuca Aerodrome (YECH) has a 1252m N/S bitumen strip and a 510m NE/SW grass strip.
AVGAS and JET A1 will be available from the bowser opposite the Aero Club which is operated via the COMPAC PAY app on a smartphone.
Landing fees have been waived by Campaspe Shire Council for the fly-in.
All parked aircraft must be tied down, please remember to bring your tiedowns.

MEALS
To assist with catering please indicate your attendance via the registration form.
Friday Dinner: Gourmet BBQ and salads on airfield at Echuca-Moama Aero Club. Pay as you go.
Saturday Breakfast: Bacon and egg toasted sandwiches on airfield. Pay as you go.
Saturday Lunch: Rolls and toasted sandwiches on airfield. Coffee machine throughout the day. Pay as you go.

FLY-IN DINNER (& ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING)
The fly-in dinner and Annual General Meeting will be held at Moama Bowling Club, 6 Shaw St, Moama, NSW from 6:30pm. Adult tickets are $60 each for two courses, and children's tickets are $20 each (12 years and under).
Tickets must be purchased online, and will be on sale until midnight on Saturday 27th September. No cancellations or new sales can be accepted after this time as we are required to confirm a final number with the venue.

Seating will be on a first come first served basis.
Remember to bring your payment receipt with you to the dinner on Saturday night as this will serve as your entry ticket at the dinner venue.
Buses will be available after dinner to get you back to your accommodation.
THE PEOPLES' CHOICE AWARD
On arrival members will receive a voting slip to vote for the Peoples' Choice Award to be announced at the Saturday night dinner.
GROUND TRANSPORT
A bus service will operate between the aerodrome and main Echuca/Moama accommodation over the weekend as shown on the bus timetable. On Saturday night the bus service will also run to and from the Moama Bowling Club.
